The Online OHS and HRS systems are hosted on a Virtual Private Server managed by one of the largest hosting companies in Australia, Ultra Serve, which has clients such as Macquarie Bank is an IBM and Cisco partner and a Government Endorsed supplier.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)99.9% Network Uptime Service Level AgreementThis 99.9% Network Uptime Service Level Agreement (“Network Uptime SLA”) supplements the Master Services Agreement.For the purposes of this section, downtime is defined as a) an unscheduled outage for a period of time where network services are unavailable due to capacity issues or hardware failure b) packet loss of over 50%.
 
Standard Incident Management SLA:
 
Priority One - Loss of Service - Response 2 hours - Resolved in 4 hours
Priority Two - Service Degradation - Response 2 hours - Resolved in 4 hours to 8 hours
Priority Three - Minor operational issues - Response 8 hours - Resolved in 48 hours
 
Network:
 
Ultra Serve runs a Highly Redundant, Load Balanced Cisco Core Network, which is serviced by multiple aggregated upstream internet providers (with a mesh topology of Tier 1 and 2 service providers). If a major carrier goes offline the network service will still be operational through other service providers (Service is based on BGP Routing).

A comprehensive Network SLA 99.9%, Ultra Serve continually monitor the network status and load ensuring Quality of Service is provided.
